Automated Futures Trading GUI Spread Trading C++ X_trader

Hi Im looking for a programmer that can help me create from scratch a generic gui/template that can automatically spreadtrade various combinations of futures via the API of trading technologies X_trader platform. I dont have a programming background, but understand fully how the finished program needs to work and the functionality it must have, so continuous and dynamic communications and feedback is very important in this project. I can provide all of the calulations that need to be performed, and can provide explanation in writing and via excel formulas. Looking for someone that has done similar work, can provide good clean well written code, with plenty of comments (for ease of editing by 3rd parties) and can provide complete well written documentation of project and program functionality. (I May also be able to provide sanple code for various functionality of order generation and manipulation from past projects). Also looking for input and suggestions of how the program can be improved, safety features (stale market checks etc) and most efficient (least expensive timewise) calculations, and also data logging suggestions. I would ideally like to monitor 20 pairs of futures. It is paramount that you have knowledge of financial products and market terminology. Looking for only programmers with the following skills: 1. Experience in C++ programming 2. Automated trading / Low latency order management and calculations. 3. Familiar with both Trading Technologies (X_Trader platform) and its API 4. Familiar with markets, products (i.e. Futures) and market terminology (bids, offers, tick value, hedging, exchanges, message/trade ratios,spread/pairs trading, latency).
