Need desctop app, maybe adobe air. 1. User records audio using desktop app. 2. Audio is sent to Google voice API and the text for the audio (voice recording) is converted to text. 3. The text from Google voice API is then sent to a chatbot (i.e. [login to view URL]) 4. The reply from the chatbot is then converted to audio (simple text to voice) and spoken back to the user.

Hi, I had created a audio recorder in last month form that your can record his/her audio and save it in .MP3 format. I think you need something like this but also you need audio to Text converter as I see in your job post. Let me know if I can help on this. WILL START NOW. Thanks
