Create and add a flash movie to a [login to view URL] template

I am looking for someone to help me edit the template I use for my site that is on www.weebly.com. You can see my current site here: [url removed, login to view]

I would like to replace the banner at the top (the picture of trees) with a flash movie that has text on top of pictures. Both the text and the picture background will slowly change.

The flash movie should be displayed at the top of each page but it cannot interfere with the ability to edit the pages through Weebly. I would also like the flash movie to continually play and not start over from the beginning each time someone goes to a different page.

The flash movie will need a total of 7 "slides" - in other words, there will be 7 different pictures with text on them. I will supply the pictures for 5 of the slides, I will need you to supply the other 2 (the text for those slides mentions wireless internet for one and an airport for the other - so 2 generic pictures of those things will work fine).
