Create a dance flash game!

I want to create a game like this: [login to view URL] That's just a sample, I want a better one, especially a better graphics. But the gameplay will be very similar to that game. I have the music with me. I would need you to create the game screen, the graphics and the gameplay itself which is very similar to the sample game above, but with a few enhancements. There would be only one characters for the game, which I will show you later. My budget is 150$ - 250$. Please send me samples of graphics (characters) and games that you have done before.
