Cost Calulator - Energy (downloadable app?)

Hi, I have a very straight foward project: It is to create a downloadbale cost calculator (in Flash etc.. - open to suggestions as to use of technology) that a user answers 5 questions and depending on the answers to the questions presents some energy cost calulations using formulas in the background. Q1 - 2 options to select from Q2 - 2 options to select from Q3 - user input no. within a min and max range - could be a sliding scale Q4 - user input no. within a min and max range - could be a sliding scale Q5 - user input %age value - again sliding scales We want a locked down app for users to download from our website (or run on directly on our website) and it should have our logo and company details on it as this will also be a marketing tool for us. There will be 12 boxes of data in the output (dynamic) display All off the Q's should be able to be changed and the data in the app should change based on the answers. I have it all modelled in xls I would like ability to be able to control the main app with a control file for the settings so future tweaks to the amounts/hardcoded prices are also easily done. We would also like an additional quote to convert the app into an iphone app as well please. Thanks in advance, Mark Buchanan
