Adobe Flash File Exported in high quality Video fro youtube.

I have an animation file which has been created in adobe flash . The file is in .fla format. This was created as a music video for myself but unfortunately the guy who created it does not have time to finish it off and send me the finished file. The Animation is all done.. All i need is someone to export it to a complete video file.. as uncompressed as possible . and maybe host it somewhere so i can download it in its full format so i can add the finished video into after effects to add my titles ready to upload to youtube and my other video sites. I have tried this myself but unfortunately there is a 2 gig limit on exporting on flash i believe so this would possibly mean exporting a few sections at fade points then joining again. This is gona be a very quick job for someone who knows there way around flash.. and its urgent so i need a quick turn around as possible! The original project file is 60mb so i couls possibly send by Sendit or another mail site for big files.
