We need someone to design a flash animation similar to this [login to view URL] The ad must be: Gif format File size: 150 KB or smaller Animation length must be 30 seconds or shorter Animations can be looped, but the animations must stop after 30 seconds Animated GIF ads must be 5 fps or slower Three sizes: 728x90 300x250 120x600 We will give more design information and logos to the winning bidder and anything else they need. Thanks
