I have a custom banner that I sketched and had someone to trace out using Adobe Illustrator. I am no longer working with the designer as they aren't available due to real life circumstances so I'm in need of design help to finish the banner for my site. I have the existing banner "as is" to provide a basis for what I'm looking for and will leave it up to the designer to refine it and give it that clean/professional touch. If all goes well with the banner, I have a couple future projects that I will need help with as I am starting up a new vb4.1.5 forum and eventually looking to create a custom skin.
