Design a Banner for Home Page (954x310 pixels)

the concept of the project is clearly mentioned in the attached file the concept has 3 main parts --- 1) buyer posts their requirements (like tenders) (like odesk,freelancer.com) (individual and companies both can post & take advantage) (usually the tender service is for big companies and govt ins. -- but we give this privilege to same time & money to everyone) --- SAVE MONEY WITH US 2) sellers can search for buyers requirements and quote (verified requests, exposure, business) --- MAKE MONEY WITH US 3) the savings section where we combine all offers/ads/deals etc so people dont have to go to multiple places or miss out on any of them --- SAVE MONEY WITH US we have to cover the above 3 points very nicely in one banner -- my home page looks like this (see attachment --- in the attachment the make only 1 banner for now....lets see
