Design a banner/logo for an event

I need a design for a banner to use on print. It's for a team event called Team Apprentice and you need to be familiar with the UK or US version of the TV show. The empahsis is on team work but very much in the style of the programme. I do NOT want a copy of their marketing material but I want it to capture the essence of it while being very much a team event. I need the banner to be 21cm wide x 5.33 height. I need the wording 'Team Apprentice' - no other words should only images/design. I will need the successful banner in a PSD file. Once I select the successful winner I'm unable to contact people to say thanks but they weren't successful, which is a shame as I like to thank people for their time.
