BROCHURE / FLYER FOR A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION

I am looking for an experienced individual or team to design a fund-raising brochure for a relatively new non-profit organization. There are lots of similar groups with websites where you can obtain useful information and ideas to "borrow" and modified in getting the work done. Examples: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The final product must have design that is professional looking, simple, clean and attractive and includes some catchy and appropriate graphic to show what we do and who we are (our mission and vision). I will provide you with 95% of the text. You will be required to come up with creative wordings and phrases. This brochure will provide some brief information about the organization as well as make an appeal for donation. It will eventually be distributed widely to residential homes and comes with a form (which I will provide) and a segment with the organization's address for mailing purposes. The brochure will be: -- on A4 size paper (both sides) -- the bulk of the text will be on the inner side which needs to include illustrations, graphics, photographs etc. The text will be in two languages so space is limited. -- The outer side will be in three parts (folds) – one third for text and photograph/graphics/illustrations, one third for a form which I will provide, and the last third for the mailing address which will also be provided. (See attachment for a sample of this) Please attach your past completed designs when submitting your offer. If you have the time to do a quick sample mockup of the design/layout and perhaps some catchy wordings, it will greatly help your bidding. Preference will be given to bids that come with this. Payment: Full payment will be made once the entire project is completed and approved. It can be by either PayPal or escrow at GAF. You decide and let me know your preference.
