Card design die cut and graphic

Need to design packaging and graphics for LED accessory products We are constantly need graphics and package designer. If job is fine right at the acceptable price could be long time engagement. We are very diversified manufacturing company. Our products very from pet supply to led products to marble and mosaic. Now we need to get design for the led shoelaces card. We already have a die cut and idea of how we want to have it graphically presented on the card for blister. Need someone to put it together.
