Apron Designer

I am looking for experienced textile fashion designer to design trendy apron lines for men and women. Must be proficient in textile design, pattern-making, sketching, manufacturing process, fashion technical drawing, Adobe Illustrator or photoshop, technical specification sheets. Should have more styles in each line, and should have 3-5 color patterns in each style. I have some ideas of what I want. I need someone to expand and bring the idea to life and also add some new additional styles. Only for those experienced in textile design/pattern and fashion. Please detail what to design? What style? How many styles? Budget can be flexible. Notes: If a sales deal is closed, an agreement should be signed, and the ownership of all Intellectual Rights of the Work should be 100% conveyed to me, without any limitation. Deliverables in .AI and .EPS vector, or photoshop based formats at high resolution. The design files should be "live", (not to merge layers), and can be modified by manufacturer to meet the production needs.
