I need some ideas on how to improve the visual appearance of a building using colour and creativity. Currently it looks tired and boring. We will render the front face (note a recent pic of the front has rendering done around teh garages already), and can paint it any colour, we would like to keep the roof and the balcony rails as is (too expensive to change), but everything else can me modified. The side of the building also is ugly, and we would like to make this look better on a budget also. If we can avoid rendering and make it look good with existing brick finish, that would be great. Add some art, new lines, colour ... who knows? Nick

Hello, I am an architect and have a few experience also in "saving" the elevations with colors or some simple, low budget materials. If you would hire me, I would make a few solutions for you (can be done in photoshop, so modeling and rendering wouldn't be necessary).
