Convert a soft book to an interactive HTML 5 e-book

General description: As part of a larger project to create 50 interactive books, this project has been created as a demo and to find the right team for the bigger job. For the purpose of this demo, two pages of a sample children story book will be converted to become interactive: The animations in the story will be two kinds, one type will loop continuously and the other will be activated by a click or touch gesture or a combination of both. Simple animations will be used such as panning, zooming, movement, transformation, special effects (eg: lightning, rain) etc. For each page of the book, there will be 5 animated objects for a total of 10 animated objects for the two pages. Some animated objects will be added to the scene and other objects will be created by composing new layers from the source layer. This will require designer skills.
