We're in the process of creating a new online computer magazine, accordingly we need for our first magazine issue a superb cover that explains that we are in the process of creating the magazine, hence we need an "under construction" image the image should be as follows: 1. High resolution image. 2. The image should be 13.18 cm in width and 17 cm in height. 3. No preferred image type but high resolution formats are preferred. 4. The image should contain the magazine name which is "BUG" (all CAPS). 5. It should show small caricature persons going on with the construction process (some might hold some tools, others are supervising the work ...) 6. The caricature persons might be doing some funny stuff (e.g. failing from up stairs ...) 7. Good quality is very important 8. Other images and graphics might be needed later (not part of this project). 9. Example for something might look similar is attached but the image should look more funny than this one. 10. An example for similar work would be considered while choosing the service provider. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform To be deployed on a Unix or Windows based server
