Convert company logo .AI ---into---> BMP - repost

I need someone to simply convert 2 company logos from .AI into 3 .BMP formats. The BMP formats must be as described below or they will not work for our application. all files < 256KB Format One: 128 x 48 .bmp 1-bit depth Format Two: 213 x 111 .bmp 4-bit greyscale or monochrome Format Three: 320 x 160 .bmp 4-bit greyscale or monochrome There will be a total of 8 images, and will likely require multiple revisions to get the sizing and alignment just right. Why do we want to do this??? Because our VoIP telephones only support 1-bit .bmp images -- and the phones are VERY PICKY about this.
