Create Icon(repost)

Hello, Very easy task if you know what what you doing , it takes no time ! I already have a logo , I need to create an Icon that matches it, I know also exactly how it should look like , simply it will look like the first part of the logo ( That easy !) . More details is in the .zipx file attached. Note: Please design the icons before contacting me , take a snap shot of them and send them to me as an image , I will have to see and choose the right one , one I choose then I will contact you and make the deal with you to create the quality icons , also include your price with the image , if you don't do that your offer will be ignored , I have to see the design and the price once you contact me , it is so easy to do and takes no time.
