Build an Owners Direct Style Website

Hi, I'm looking for a site that works like [login to view URL] which is to be installed on two website. One for lodges and the other for caravans but the site should work the same as the URL added above. The design needs to have a similar layout as in search feature but look a little different, colours etc The site needs a List Your Property (although the text will be different) link which works with a PayPal payment option. I also need back end control which allows me to add content to blogs, pages, menus, delete users, see payments and change areas like widget areas in WordPress. Features SEARCH Results must be randamized The site search feature needs to be as detailed as this site with images on front page linking to selected searches such as Golf Lodges for example - [login to view URL] Pre-Set Searches in menu to (Golf-Relaxing etc) Search results linked to property listing page where users add their listings LISTING/UPLOAD PAGE Needs to be like and include all information - [login to view URL] Facility for 12 photos which are automatically cropped and resized - so they don't show distorted images Owner Contact Form Contact from - Date From / Date To Full contact details, including 2 telephone numbers, direct email and link to their own website Calendar to show available dates Price Guide Link to park website page where their lodge is situated Social Share button Special Offer Window Google map Display nearby attractions Review facility OTHER FEATURES Social network links need to be at top and bottom of page Advertisers need to be emailed 2 to 3 times before listing is due to expire so they can renew There may be more features but this is the important ones.
