Build a Website

We need a Website created that is compatible in all browsers and version IE 9+ with +/- zoom of 25%. You will have a minimum of 3 people on your team and DO NOT EVEN apply if you have less than this and been programming Websites for less than 3 years. You MUST show samples of your work. Scope: Home Page and all secondary pages (10) will essentially remain the same excluding the content which will be dynamic. There will be "two" pictures that will be displayed one for substance abuse and the other for physicians. I will give you "About Us" and you'll need to create a Contact Us form and page with Google Maps integration. All content will be in Word so you only need to create the template and dump in the content. (Not attached) For the mental health...all Labels will have a "hover" that expands and collapses the content in the attached word document. You will have a Skype account and we'll screen share to assure all specs are clearly understood. You will have perfection when it comes to alignment both vertically and horizontally. You will pay attention to details and if I ask for a change to be made more than twice (starting the 3rd time) you will be deducted $50.00 for each incident. To re-emphasize, we want the job done quickly (est 1.5 - 2 days work) and professionally so no rookies please.
