Build a Website

I need to make a social network website, that could be improved and translated from English to other languages in the [login to view URL] social website features are follows: -User can create an account using email or by logging in using facebook, google or Twitter accounts. -User can choose the favorite categories so that he receives the administrators' post in this category. -User can add friends from facebook, -google+ and Twitter. -User can post status/photo/link and link it to certain category or #tag. -User can like/share/comment on/save a post. Administrators can post to a certain category so that the post reaches all users interested in that category. -User can create an online shop page and add photo, location and phones number. -User can announce his online shop to all targeted users according to the selected criteria (I.e age, location, etc)- ads. -User can add an item to his shop -photo and price- and other users can like, comment on, share and rate -shop and items. -Main categories are (parenting, health & beauty, food recipes, DIY, travelling, fairy tales ) -User can create new categories. -User can create new groups. -User can create new pages. -User can announce his new shopping items-price, location and photo. -User can search for items to buy. -User can send friend request. -User can accept/reject friend request. -User can follow a shop,like a page and join a group. -Each page should contain 3 ad slots.
