This ordering is too risky. Here's my proposal: if the course is less than $100, I require first milestone of $100 and release it immediately. For the rest I will apply for the course, download all material in three days and upload it to your private space (e.g. recommended Google Drive with 15 GB). If the course is more than $100 let me know and the price for work ($270) will stay the same but my bid must increase for the difference of the course price higher than $100.
