Copy Website Theme from Two Existing PHP sites to ASP.net site.

I need a pro to create/copy a theme for a ASP.net website to a close duplicate of an two existing PHP websites. The original websites has 10 pages with one type of style and the replacement has 16 pages. You will need to create a home page with content, and create a theme for the rest of the site. The new site uses Telerik Contols and you will have to use their built in skins as a base. They have a tool to modify them. You will be given access tot he two old sites (not the code, just the website). You will be given a copy of the new ASP.net website. You will be given SQL access so you can run the site. Please put the work CatPortal in the first sentence of you bid so I know you actually read the project description and are not just using a script to throw bids out there! The new site is written in ASP.net and is fully funcitonal, you will ONLY be making a theme and styling it. You cannot make any code changes other then to apply the theme.
