Develop a Website Application using Facebook API

Hello everyone, My company is looking for an experienced team/individual who is experienced working with the Facebook Page Insight and Ad API and output it to the web application. The developer would also need to style the output according to our specifications. There will be two users of the web application, the agency (us) and the user (our clients) who will login to the application, using their log-in credentials, and see the specified statistics for their page and ad campaign. You will also have to design and develop the application interface, though sketches will be provided by me. Key essentials for the project will be 1) PHP 2) HTML5 3) CSS 4) JavaScript 5) CanvasJS to render the graphs within the application. 5) Ability to work in the framework that you will best to work with given the costs of application hosting and the time frame of this project.
