NORTH AMERICA ONLY (due to internet mapping resources accessibility limitation outside region.) Develop site plan(s) of retail/shopping center properties in editable [layered] Adobe Illustrator (v. C3) format for use in real estate sales marketing brochure. Design(s) to include: • Layout in the style of our company brochures’ color/format scheme(s). • Subject property border & tenants’ unit outlines (use combination of current tenant list, historic/example site plan, parcel map, ground & aerial photos to determine. Not all resources will be available in all cases. Designer to utilize internet mapping utilities if necessary). • Parking spaces configuration (use combination of existing site plan, ground & aerial photos, internet aerial/mapping utilities to determine). • Tenant Index (list of unit numbers & current tenants will be provided) • Cross street names, signaled intersection symbol(s), North symbol, parking lot ingress/egress symbols - (designer to use internet mapping utilities to determine) • Primary & major tenants’ logos overlay (designer to research/obtain from internet) Notes: • Strong command of English language and good communication required. • Designer must be resourceful. • Turn-Around time must be less than 24 hours. • Deliverable must be high resolution multi-layered Adobe Illustrator v. C3 format. • If designer awarded project matches/exceeds price & quality expectations, many additional ‘like kind’ projects may be granted.
