Brochure Redesign for Marina Business

We need a new brochure for our marina. The final product will need to be a catchy promotional piece with a good amount of photos that will attract people to our marina to utilize our services. The final product will be a tri-fold brochure, full color on 8 ½ x 11. I will provide almost all of the text for the brochure - I will also provide pictures and our logo. You will be responsible to come up with a few catchy phrases/other verbiage to get the reader’s attention, and create a catchy, professional design and layout. The brochure will need to follow our existing branding requirements (logo, font and colors), but bring a fresh perspective. Upon completion, I will need the original file, so that I can make future adjustments as necessary. I will also need a press quality .pdf to send to print.
