Caricature Comic Illustrations needed

Hello, I am looking for a talented illustrator who can provide satire type of caricature comic illustrations. I would like these to be in color as well. Basically the client will give you a brief of a popular person or current pop culture headline related to a celebrity, musician etc and you would create the scene etc. This can turn in to a full time job where every month the client will hire you do do 5-6 illustrations. Right now they will be testing their website with the illustrations monitoring how many people view them and if people like it they will continue hiring you for more. If the illustrations are a big hit you will receive incentives for your good work every month as well. So for this trial run they are looking for 4 illustrations, and will pay $20 per, so $20x4 = $80 I will create 4 milestones and release each one when each final image is approved. I will give details one at a time for each project, and would need a relatively quick turnaround once given the project description.
