Change Header of PDFs

Hello I've attached 2 pdfs to this project. Both of the pdf sheets need the header to change to the new address header. As you can notice almost every page has the logo and the address in the header part mostly. I need the addresses changed to the new address. An example can be seen on the Office Staff version of the pdf last 2 pages as you can see the address starts with 251 so I need the same address with logo on every page where the old address is on both pdfs. I need this quick within next 10-12 hours.
