Design Website Template for Accommodation Sites

We require someone with great design skills to create multiple design templates for us. These designs are primarily for the accommodation industry (Hotels, Motels, Apartments) however we intend to target more industries. The design may be used for multiple clients so they must be easily customisable and provided in Photoshop format. OVERVIEW - Require 1 design template including layout of both Home page and Sub Page (in photoshop format) - Must be a unique custom design - Template must be designed to be easily re-branded by us (with new logo and colour scheme and images) - File must include layers and preserve layer fx etc. so that it can be easily changed REQUIREMENTS - Optimised for 1024x768 (eg. 960 pixels wide content area) - Must be in Adobe Photoshop format (CS3+) - not illustrator - Template must demonstrate Home page and Sub page ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) - Template to include dummy text (Lorem ipsum) and dummy logo for placement. - Must demonstrate styles for headings, content, overstates (hover over link), basic form, and example navigation. - PSD's will be used by us to create standard HTML/CSS based websites driven by a CMS - This is NOT a flash website! So please ensure menu, heading, and are web-friendly fonts (Arial/Helvetica/Verdana/Tahoma Examples of the style of design we are looking for - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] I have attached two of our existing templates so you can see how they have been re-branded to suit the specific client needs. This should give you a good indication of how flexible we require the PSD's to be (see attachments). Please QUOTE on completing ONE template consisting of Home page and Sub page.
