business card and 3 banner re design - **urgent** - need within 12 hours

Just had this crazy idea to redesign my business card, overall I am looking to add another potential designer to our roster of workers! - figure that this project could be a good first step to see if I can find someone talented that can work quickly and produce breath taking results. What I am looking for is to turn this into the picture for the back of the card: [login to view URL] - Our company has 3 words that we have adopted as our motto: Think, Organize, Activate which this picture reflects those 3 words greatly. Ideally, I would like this picture to be recreated and not just stolen. Also, I would like our logo to be incorporated somewhere! and I want all of this within 12 hours of selecting a service provider. Given this is an internal test and not client's work the budget for this project is very small, for the business card first (within 12 hours or less) and the banner within the next 24 hours, the total budget is $50 or less... we print our cards with uv spot print - the designer should take full advantage of UV spot capability in printing: [login to view URL] card size: 90x54 mm attached are some of our previous card designs one black and white and the other color is what we use right now. The banners will be based on a similar design concept.
