Blog Redesign and "Digital Presence" Creation

Description hello, i am in need of a blog redesign www. gtpmuzic. com . everything that we have come up with just doesn't have that quality designed look that we are looking for. Part. 1 I would also love to implement ass much "ajax style" as posible / navigation and interface wise. if smooth transitions can be done with pure css that would be great. If a shopping cart can be added to this site that would be Awsome. as we are looking to sell mixtapes and other promotional items in the near future. Plugins: I am not picky on plugins but i would like to get decent SEO implemented, as well as space for adsense and private advertisements and a good stats tracker. if curent plug-in is good then no need to change them. Audio player and video player that not only looks good but has a good user interface as well. Also if it is possible for "custom fields to be explained to me in"lay terms" that would be wonderful Post Templates: A lot of the posts will be in the same format. audio post, gossip, fashion review, sports review, politics. Banners and Buttons for promo of artist and projects. PSD Files as templets would be a plus Part2 Digital logo for banners and other ways to enhance our "digital brand" seperate from our psyical presence. "GTP Muzic Online" or "GTP Digital" winning bidder Please have experience in graphic design, Wordpress, ajax, seo, and social media. Extensive knoledge in ALL is not necessary but is a plus. I will need to see 3-5 website / blogs and logo you have worked on in the last 18 months. Wordpress, preferably but blogger and live journal will work to show me design wise.I donot need a laundy list of your completed projects with lots of websites listed. I don't have time and won't read them, and only want to see ones that pertain to this specific job.
