Design an 8-Page A4 Professional Leaflet

We want a freelancer to design us an 8-page A4 leaflet. Each side of the leaflet will contain relevant information about our services/products (i.e. a page on websites, page on marketing services, 2 pages on print products etc etc). This leaflet is going to some huge companies in the UK, so the standard of the design must be 100% professional, corporate, and visually appealing; we won't be able to accept anything less than excellent. We'd like the winning bidder to come up with 4-5 design concepts for us, and we will approve 1 for you to go ahead with. We will provide you with some content, but you will have to get a lot of the content from our website and put it into the leaflet. we can also provide you with our previous leaflet design, so you can get an idea of what we've done in the past; but this will only be passed on to the chosen bidder. The chosen freelancer must be creative and be able to his/her imagination to create something wonderful. It is a B2B leaflet to be created. After this first project, we have quite a few other design projects to pass on to the winning bidder. Ideally we'd like for you to use Photoshop/Illustrator to design the files; and on final approval you must supply the raw design files (after we pay you). Payment will be made on completion and final approval of the leaflet, via Freelancer.com. If you have designed leaflets before and have a portfolio, please show us, as this will help with our decision. This is quite a small project so bids should be to our budget.
