Dear Eismann This is an mid-term project, since we need to work on 3 platform and 2 languages. So, I think at first we need to agree what will have in this app/web, the functions in details, also timeline for each. With this kind of project, I think the best we split it up to parts, and move on. I suggest part 1 will be front end web or app (on Android or iOS) with backend API.
