Attractive, aggressive landing page for newsletter sign up

We require an attractive and aggressive design for a landing page. Goal is, to convert as many visitors as possible to newsletter subscribers. Our newsletter is sent twice weekly and contains flight offers whereby customers can save as much as 70% on the fares. The signup page should contain a space for the logos of airlines, sample offers, space for the signup form and space for general information . Please see the sample included.
