Brand Identity for a new website

Hi I am starting a new website covering technology topics and need the following done for it: 1. A custom twitter background created 2. A custom Logo 3. A custom header I believe the custom header can be used with Google plus profile, website banner and facebook. Therefore it should be developed in high res format so that any changes in its size may not affect the image quality itself. Since I am starting a new website, hence i do not have a BIG budget for it, but do guarantee milestone payments for all work to be done. Please note that I do not want a website and business cards because I shall be going for a premium wordpress theme for my site.
