Build me a website

I want to establish an online publication/journal/ writing media page- the page will be given a name(my name or different)[login to view URL] will need a home page(welcome page) a place to upload and submit my writing and media blogs(including photos if required) It will also need a button for people to submit there writing contributions, so a button that links to my contact submission/enquiry, and I will upload it -It also will require a separate page for members to submit these contributions- (different to my writing submission, as my writing will be more featured) so the separate page will be given a name (will provide) I will then require a section to make purchase of a specific t-shirt) so a paypal button CC extra link...any other suggestions will be welcome- I will need to be able to log into my website and upload publication easy...thanks
