I am starting a custom jewelry design business. Over 20 years ago, I was left disabled due to a car accident, for which I was not at fault. I am unable to get a job where I have to make a commitment as to ).being a certain place at a certain time, due to constraints of extreme pain. Nevertheless, after all these years, an answer to prayer has arrived. I found that I have a talent in making jewelry, and am learning more about it quickly (Praise God!!) .. It used to be if I needed some extra cash, I just worked another job or two (or three!). My accident occurred when I was a class and a half away from my Master's Degree in Reading/Language Arts Education. I also have a B.S. in Communication, with minors in English and Personnel Mgt. A diploma from the D.E.A., one in Firearms Proficiency, and a National Certification to manage pools and spas round out my qualifications. I would like to work with someone who is NOT religious, but DOES have a personal and close relationship to Jesus Christ. Because of the previous, I have decided to name my business Jehovah-Rapha Designs (The Lord Who Heals). Each piece of jewelry will be prayed over for the purchaser and for the one(s) who will wear it. I'm planning on keeping the company to a size where I'm capable of running it alone, with maybe a bit of help from my 23 yr old son. If you can help, I'd be deeply grateful.
