Convert WIX site to HTML (responsive) or Create Identical WordPress website

I have a WIX site that I need converted to HTML. The URL is http:[login to view URL] The finished product would be all the files and images required to move this site to any host, without any back reference to WIX (their site servers are way too slow) I am looking for the copy to be nearly 100% identical. I WILL consider a WordPress design (responsive); however, I will not pay in advance for it because I have tried 3 different designers and none have succeeded. If you decide to do a WordPress design, please feel free to submit "mock up" screen shots. If you so decide to redesign as WordPress instead, please know that I require the Virtual Spirits chat feature, the custom sign up form (consultations), the blog, the appointment setting feature, social media icons and the newsletter. I would also like to add a section for a mortgage calculator, but it is not mandatory at this time. THE SITE MUST FEATURE THE VIDEO ON THE MAIN PAGE!! You will provide the files directly to us, and we will post them to a different server for review by the site owner. Due to the requirement for exactness, the full payment will be upon acceptance of the copy as exact. If there is any question that you can do an exact copy, please do not bid on this project.
