Create a game on my site w/ a downloadable image as the result

I tried to explain it in the title. Basically I need someone to create something I can install as a widget in the sidebar. People will put in their country and closest city, then as a result, a custom image will appear. It will have text at the top of the image explaining, "I am x miles from x destination" Our company logo will be in the bottom left corner, with a map depicting the distance from the destination and their location. If this is complex, I am willing to work with ideas you may have. Such as doing away with the map and just using a solid image. I want people to be able to embed the image into their website, or share on social media, or download. If anyone knows a WordPress plugin that will help do what I want to do, I will pay you for that information as well. I look forward to your ideas.
