Design a Website Splash Page Mockup

Good morning Graphic Designers, Illustrators and Cartoonists, I am opening an online children's boutique aimed at girls newborn - 7 years old. I want every detail about my website to stand well above the competition and have gone to a lot of though in regards to designs. I require a splash page design, no coding required, for my website. The website will be on the Volusion eCommerce platform but I am happy to hear of other platforms to use. Please DO NOT suggest I use Word Press or anything similar. Although they may be easier for designers and coders I do not like the back end display and functionality of Word Press. The theme for the entire concept is based on Alice in Wonderland. This is an on going position for the right person. There are many other pages to be completed as well as social media pages and seasonal product branding. We expect that you offer a high standard of work, we not looking for a part-time or hobby designer. Only those with qualifications or a damn good portfolio will be short listed. You MUST be able to re create and interpret the images provided. Watercolour and or hand drawn design will be placed above other applicants. Along with the page itself we require a banner across the page with the text 'enter'. Please do not ask for my Skype details as we can communicate via Freelancer. I do not have enough time in the day let alone peace and quiet to speak. We look forward to reviewing all entrants. If a successful candidate is chosen they will be notified within 4 - 7 days.
