Design for an app-like classifieds website

We need a responsive html5 / css3 single page web design for our classifieds website. It should be a single page app-like design inspired from ipad apps like ebay or web apps like the spotify web player. This project is all about the main entry page design only. It shows the classifieds in a list or tiles view ( see attached document for examples). It also should contain the slide-in search bar on the left and a small header bar. An ad has the following features: # a title # a description ( up to 200 characters) # up to 4 pictures # a list of tags # a location # a price and currency # the user To separate the paid ads from free ads there should be two different sizes of tiles for the ads. Premium ads will have twice the size of normal ads. In addition ads should have different customizable background colors. Again, this is only the first part of the whole project and contains only the design for the main page. Follow up projects are planned. It should be as close to a native application as possible, therefore we need an experienced web app designer.
