Designing a wordpress theme based intuitive website with SEO

I need a wordpress based self hosted site with an intuitive theme designed. 2. The site is based on health and fitness 3. I will sell 3rd party products on clickbank, amazon and other affiliate network 4. I need 30 keywords which are more of crisis keywords rather than general with info on competitiveness that I can rank for in the health and fitness segment, I need couple of keywords which are extremely competitive, remaining should be medium and then there should be few keywords which are least competitive (unique long tail keywords)that would be easy to rank 5. I am looking for SEO service combined with the design, I will initially like to concentrate on free traffic by search engine rankin, link building, email optins etc and therafter I will be interested in PPC mode of traffic generation and sales conversion 6.
