Create a Guide Book from different PDF files

(This is my re-post because I entered the previous under the incorrect budget amount.) PROJECT: Create one manual with the information from the "Weight Loss Program", that looks like the "Success Guide Platinum" and includes both Part 1 & 2 of the "recipe e-books". Also want a similar "weight loss log" included in this book. Need the entire manual to look like it goes together. Need it to be branded with my logo, product name and company information. Which is different from the attached files. This is a free program book that I will be giving away with the sell of my product. Need someone that is fluent in English to complete this work. I will send my logo and product information to the winning bidder. Maximum budget is $75, prefer to get it done for closer to $45.
