It provides a real-time, easily updated class timetable for both instructors and members via app. Allows you to seamlessly notify members of class cover opportunities, changes to class timetables via message notifications - think Facebook messenger/Facebook groups. Sort by day, class type, instructor or location for customized viewing. It need to be addictive like Facebook. Managers have a one-stop shop for recording numbers and determining class value. As well, a quick method for pulling weeks, months or days of data across several sorting options. Additionally, Managers can give Instructors the ability to add their class numbers from any computer or smartphone. (part of the instructor app). Offers the ability to enter daily club visits and view an impressive report overlaying penetration, club visits, and class attendance. Visually compare performance based on the previous week, month or year, as well as share reports with others with the click of a button. Payroll reporting. Central communication area for posting to everyone and links to documents. Alphabetized Contact List and personal Contact Card for individual instructors. Instructors have their own profile login for smartphone app which has bio, photos/mpegs, certification information. App one-stop shop for instructors to manage their personal class timetables, cover requests and opportunities, as well as personal certification information.
