Build an Online Dating Website

As the founder of a start-up I am seeking to work with an individual or team for a collaborative process towards the design and development of an online dating website as my company moves into this market space. Due to budgetary constraints and the need to secure additional capital from investors a workable, live website is required with the basic elements which reflect the key features that distinguish our proposition from others, however I remain open to a solid, user-friendly prototype as an alternative solution. The intent is for the final product to be of a standard which may be used to show investors in order to raise additional funding through Crowdcube and expand our framework.\r\n\r\nIn addition to the basic pages including the listing of new, featured, and recently updated member profiles on the homepage, and potentially an animated video incorporated within, I am also in need of a user account system and payments system which enables users to commit the following:\r\n\r\nFor users to pay a fee for the use of a service, specifically to unlock messaging, of which that fee is held by us for 30 days. After this time has passed a portion of that amount will be given to another member, however that member has the option of converting the fee into a voucher for use with one of our partners. \r\n\r\nFurther information can be provided upon request and in addition to the above technical skills knowledge of CSS would also be required.\r\n\r\nThank you for reading and I look forward to hearing from you.
