Please review the attached JPG's before bidding. 1. project PSD will be given to the selected developer. 2. Basic sample of the site - [login to view URL] 3. The final page is to have the left nav always visible, either in the open or closed state. - like this site does: [login to view URL] (we produced this site) 3. The top banner will always be visible 4. The body area will scroll and the left nav will reflect where in the body the user is via a highlight as they scroll, or by just clicking the nav. 5. This entire site needs to scale as the browser resizes - like this site does: [login to view URL] (we produced this site) 6. The final web page needs to be pixel-perfect. Not almost, but perfect. 7. Development is to be done on our [login to view URL] server. No exceptions. 8. There will be mouseover highlights as per the PSD / JPG's 9. The top right image in the square will change every 4 seconds or so. 10. * The charts in the JPG samples will need to be active in some interesting way. Not sure what exactly, but I expect you to make them grow, or the numbers grow, or the pie chart builds or something. I expect you to advise or show me. 11. This site nav needs to work on mobile devices - it will fill the whole screen while active - as it does in this site: [login to view URL] The site itself just needs to be a reduced version of the desktop site. 12. The site needs to have blank Alt tags ready for all image and navigation - I will fill the contents of these alt tags in after the site is complete. 13. This site just needs to be a basic HTML site. No php or wp.
