Build a Web App

Hi , I need some fluent and update developer to create a web application that have three modules as the following : 1. Simple content management system with all basic features (posts , slider management , pages , links , media and file management system). NO WP 2. Subscription services. the application mainly provide a paid subscription to courses so the user can brows all sessions , lecturer and courses then subscribe to what he need. these courses may be some content uploaded to media 3rd party service provider such as YouTube , [login to view URL] or on the same website. the user can see his advance in course with the his progress report. the administrator will activate the course browsing for users those paid. 4. All above must be provide reports and statistics to both users type , administrators and other type of users like lecturer or teachers. some example of reports (contents statistics , purchasing reports , users activities ...etc ) all thing must be managed using a secure dashboard backend interface. every thing must be : responsive easy to use RTL is the main SEO (for contents)
