I need a website. I have already made a web site on freelancer but the experience has been very difficult (not to say horrible) with 4 different freelancers (one after the other...). The freelancers I choose where not able to make a quality website and a decent design. The web site was finally contracted to a local company. If you are not a professional with good tools and design skills, please do not bid. I still believe I can get a good web site so I try again but I want to make it EXTREMELY SIMPLE AND FAST!
Building a web site is the kind of work where the different taste of people, perception, communication and the like may make it a difficult task. At least, it has been for me. So my solution this time is to get a web site inspired by another web site. Once built, we will modify it to our needs (mostly text, images and colors). I will of course choose a web site structure that fits our need and will be easy to modify to our needs.
We talk about a 5 pages web site with text and pictures and a contact form to my email. Please note that we need HIGH QUALITY pictures, design and user experience.

You need to make a perfect replication of the web site, period. Once the replication is ABSOLUTELY matching, we will start to modify it to our needs.

Sounds like you've had a rough experience on this site :) Ever considered sites like themeforest where you can purchase VERY high quality themes and set up in less than no time? The good thing about that is that the theme developers provide some basic support. If you then need a back-end to say an HTML theme or modifications to a WP theme, then a half-decent freelancer could do that. At least you're sure no one is mucking about with the design you have set up.
