I have the files necessary for development of the website, which was launched in the past and is presently no longer operational. I would like to relaunch the website, with a few modifications. It is a dating website, it was monthly subscription, but now I would like to make it free, and sell adverts, and build the customer base for potential adverting opportunities. Please Advise.
