Build a Website

I am looking for someone to create a company website for me that will allow me to have a general overview page where I will post images and text about the company. There will also need to be individual pages that can be accessed from a menu bar that will link to individual projects and be able to show screenshots of iOS Apps which have been developed by the company as well as have the ability to add in demo videos of these apps. We are looking for an "About" page as well where we are able to post an org chart (Images and descriptions of the employees). There will need to be the ability to add links to Facebook and Twitter and LinkedIn. The final thing needed is the ability to get users to signup to a newsletter by providing their information such as email addresses and names and have these saved to a MySQL database in a secure way. There should be a tab to access a blog that can be updated by us. There should be a contact page that allows the user to find out information about getting in contact with us. Finally, there should be clear instruction on how to update all of these tabs, how to add new sections to the website and how to upload blog articles as well as update the images and text on each of the pages (With specifications on the needed image sizes.) None of the pages need to be populated with anything except example text at the moment and example links to social media but when it is handed over it should be explained how to set up the hosting and point the email collection at a remote MySQL server. We are using bluehost to host the website currently so it should be clear how to get it up and running in that environment.
